first of all follow Micks advice, I'm a new bee.:o)
Mick is the Master!
I like your Airbrush
My most used airbrush is H&S Infinity 0,2 - there fore I used a Grafo 0,15.
But the pigments where always a problem.
I think we go to small, maybe try a 0,3 - 0,4 Nozzle set for your H&G Ultra.
Mick's workhorse is a 0,3.
I don't use Createx yet - but soon. I'm playing around with my old paints.
Schmincke Aerocolor, Airbrush pro-color - by Hansa, Model Air AV-Vallejo and others.
I have the same problems. We all ways have with acrylics, but it is worth.
No solvent - no poison.
I got my experience with solvent paints.
All acrylics create tip dry and s.o.
I use Liquitex Prof. Flow - Aid- 1 part to 20 parts of distilled water and put 1-2 drops to the
diluted acrylic paint as Mick recommends. But that causes other problems.
I also play around with 1 drop dish washing liquid to 200ccm distilled water to make my own Flow - Aid.
Try to put 1 drop of the homemade dishwasher solution to Micks recommended mixture.
After 10 minutes spraying I use a soft paintbrush(Mink hair) and Vodka for a quick wash to the front part of the needle and nozzle or deeper.
At all, keep going, learn and listen to Mike, you will find your own way. Don't give up.
All the best,
